Well, the series seems like it’s continuing down the “laugh at Tomoko” rabbit hole I described last episode. While it makes for a good show, it could’ve been a great show.
Tomoko sees an emotionless girl in an anime and decides to act emotionless so that people will notice her. When that fails, she tries seeing if a photo booth makes her look cuter and then tries to become a hostess. All the while, she fails miserably.
Honestly, this episode didn’t have anything in it worth discussing. It was a good episode: not bad, but not great. Considering that Summer vacation is next for Tomoko, I’m excited because one of my favorite stories is going to be adapted. For this, however, it’s good.
